The staff was top-class and everything was amazing. The location exceeded all expectations, it was perfect and excellent to the restaurant for dinner on the first night. Besides, we were close enough to many attractions, convenience store, and restaurants / bars / shopping centre.

The location of Kloof Street Hotel was perfect for exploring the vibrant city. The hotel's modern and tasteful decor created a welcoming atmosphere. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing stay. The breakfast, although with some service issues, was enjoyable and the staff were friendly. I particularly appreciated the efforts of Jethro, Ayesha, and Simba who went above and beyond to make my stay special. Despite a few drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent location and beautiful facilities. a great experience at Kloof Street Hotel.

The restaurant was good for breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. The setting was quite unbeatable and excellent within easy reach of Labia Theatre.
The staff was not particularly helpful.
